Shipping & Delivery:
- Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will incur a re-shipping fee.
- Once an order has been printed and dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- Australian Orders: Please allow up to two weeks from the date of purchase for delivery.
- International Orders: Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery, though delays may occur due to seasonal fluctuations or courier efficiency.
We take the utmost care in packaging our prints to ensure they arrive safely. All orders are shipped via Australia Post, both domestically and internationally.
Customs & Import Taxes for International Orders:
For international buyers, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Angelina Pilarinos Photography is not liable for any additional fees incurred upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds:
Due to the custom nature of our printed artwork, we do not accept returns. We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.
