What types of prints do you offer?

I offer high-quality fine art prints of my underwater and landscape photography. Prints are available in various sizes and finishes, including unframed and framed options.

Do you offer framed prints?

Yes! I offer framed canvas and metal prints; however, these are only available for domestic orders within Australia. For international orders, only paper prints are available.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been placed, it will be forwarded to our printing studio.

Australian orders: Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

International orders: Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery, depending on your location and customs processing times.

Please note that the time taken to receive your item may take longer than these time frames as a result of seasonal fluctuations and the efficiency of couriers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I offer free worldwide shipping! However, only paper prints are available for international customers.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. Angelina Pilarinos Photography is not responsible for these additional charges.

What shipping carriers do you use?

All prints are shipped via Australia Post for both domestic and international orders.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of my prints, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me immediately, and I will resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been printed and dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. If you need to make changes, please contact me as soon as possible.

What photographic paper do you print on?

Our photographic paper prints are printed on GALERIE Prestige Smooth Pearl (310gsm), a high-quality paper with a smooth pearl finish that enhances clarity, sharpness, and color vibrancy. This professional-grade paper reduces glare and fingerprints while maintaining a natural, photographic white tint. Prints are rolled and tubed for protection and can be taken directly to your professional framer. Printed in Queensland, Australia.

How should I care for my print?

To preserve your print, avoid direct sunlight, UV exposure, and extreme heat or humidity. Store prints in a stable environment, away from damp or hot areas. Proper framing with glass helps protect against air pollutants.

Cleaning Guidelines:

Paper prints – Handle with care and frame professionally for longevity.
Canvas prints – Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Acrylic & Metal prints – Start by using a feather duster to remove dust. Then, gently wipe fingerprints with a soft microfiber cloth. For stubborn fingerprints or splatters, use isopropyl alcohol on the cloth to clean the surface.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes, if you’re looking for a custom size, feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

Does my print come ready to hang, and how far is the art away from the wall?

All our canvas prints are ready to hang. The stretcher bars are 1.5 to 3cm deep. Acrylic wall prints have hanging fixtures added to the back of the print. The acrylic thickness is 3mm. Our chromaluxe metal prints are backed with an easy aluminium hanging system that can be easily paired with hooks, screws, or virtually any 3M product. Photographic paper prints come rolled in postage tubes.

Screws and wall plugs are not included with your print. To hang your print first you must determine the correct wall plugs, Masonry or Plaster/Gyprock. Picture hanging nails and hooks can be used, but we recommend only using them on frames less than one kilogram in weight. Secondly, the weight and size of the frame will have to be assessed to determine the required amount of wall plugs and screws. One for smaller frames up to 60cm in width and 5kg or less in weight. Two for anything more significant up to 200cm and 20kg or less. These two screws and wall plugs should be horizontal and in the center half of the frame. For larger and heavier frames and mirrors, we recommend seeking professional advice.
